Smudge Stick- White Sage and Aromatic Herbs

Description:

Smudging is a way to cleanse a space of unwanted energies. White sage is associated with purity and the smoke produced when burnt is beleived to remove negativity and invite positive energies.

Open windows/doors before use. To use, light the end of the bundle and blow out the flame. Direct the smoke with your hand or a fan to cover your space or body and collect the ash from the smudge stick in a heat proof bowl. When you are done, extinguish the smudge stick in a small bowl of ash or sand.

Warning: Never leave the burning smudge stick unnattended and use a heat proof bowl to collect ashes or hold the smudge stick. Open windows and/or doors before lighting and do not inhale smoke. People with respiratory conditions such as asthma should not use lit smudging sticks; the smoke may aggravate the condition.
