Change of Mind

We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind. However, items may be accepted for exchange or store credit within 30 days.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased through the Bauhaus website, you must contact us directly via email at info@bauhaus.com.au within the 30-day window. 

All return shipping costs will be at the customer’s own expense. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for change of mind.
